“Reaching the Disconnected. Restoring the Faithful”

We’re not waiting for people to come back. We’re going out to find them.

The ONE INITIATIVE is Faith and Real Life’s bold, five-year plan to respond to the spiritual crisis facing our Church. Every day, more people feel forgotten, disconnected, or unsure of where they belong. Many will never walk into a church building again. That’s why we’re going out to them!

Through real-life conversations, Scripture, Catechesis, and personal spiritual renewal, we are helping restore belief and reignite purpose in people who thought they were too far gone.

We wake up each day with one clear mission: to share the love of Jesus with both those in the pews and those who’ve quietly slipped away.

Thank you for standing with us. Together, we can bring someone you love back to the Church.

This is not a program. It’s a mission.

When you donate, you help:

  • Share the Gospel with those who’ve stopped listening
  • Help reconnect families to the Sacraments
  • Offer hope to the lonely, the doubtful, and the unseen

The next phase of our ONE INITIATIVE is already underway. We’re expanding our digital content, writing new resources, launching new programs for seniors, and preparing a national parish toolkit to invite people back home. We must continue to help others understand why faith matters.

Together, we are responding to a spiritual crisis in our culture with truth, compassion, and real-life faith. Our work has brought hundreds of people into a deeper relationship with Jesus through live events, small groups, and personal encounters.

Will you help us continue this mission?

As missionaries, we serve to go after the lost sheep by creating resources and events that meet people wherever they are in life - our ministry does what the church can’t. THE ONE Initiative focuses on going after those who are away from God’s love, while also providing tools to support you as you encourage your loved ones to return.

While current numbers of those disconnected from faith are staggering, we’ve received countless testimonials of the lives we’ve been able to touch and transform through ministry. Our gifts, experience, and relatability allow us to continue to fight for those you love and those who have no one to love them. Today, I’m asking you to invest in God’s plan for us to go after the lost sheep.

  • Do you know someone who has fallen away from the Church?
